Reporting Data Gaps and Map Bugs
Our digital world is built on massive datasets, but the real world changes fast. Sometimes a new building is missing, or an old one that’s been demolished is still showing up on your map.
The "Missing Building" Tool: If you notice a real-world structure is missing, use the Report Map Error button in the sidebar. You can drop a pin and let our data team know what’s changed.
Technical Glitches: If a building won't "snap" into place or the "Demolition Hammer" isn't responding, try a quick page refresh. If the problem persists, click Submit a Bug Report so our developers can investigate.
Data Updates: We refresh our primary map layers every quarter to ensure your neighborhood reflects the most recent satellite and municipal data.
Managing Your Account and Privacy
Your designs are your intellectual property, and we take your privacy seriously. You have full control over who sees your "Remixes" and how your profile appears to other citizen planners.
Privacy Toggles: Within your Profile Settings, you can choose to keep all your projects "Private" (visible only to you) or "Public" (discoverable in the Community Gallery).
Anonymity Options: If you want to contribute to a city-wide project but don't want your name attached, you can enable "Ghost Mode" to share your designs anonymously.
Data Export & Deletion: You own your data. At any time, you can export your saved designs as 3D files or request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated projects.
